At the 11th Judicial District Attorney’s Office Kurtis worked as a trial attorney and worked in the areas of domestic violence, general felonies and specialized in DUI prosecution.
At the 3rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office Kurtis worked as a Senior trial attorney and worked as a head of the felony charging unit, general felony prosecutor, and High Intensity Drug Trafficking Attorney.
At the Children Youth and Families Department Kurtis worked as a Senior Children’s Court Attorney working on abuse and neglect cases.
